Historic House (ca 1930) nestled in a large picturesque garden
Open Main Festival – Thursday 2 to Tuesday 7 November.
Our country garden complements this historic granite house with secret corners, unexpected deviations and seductive surprises on varies levels and pathways intermingled with an array of roses, creeping fig, topiary, azaleas, annuals, tulip and magnolia trees, ornamental vine, camellias, and rhododendrons. Enjoy the dappling shade from established pink and white horse-chestnut and a majestic Lyndon tree by the fountain. Wander through our conservatory on your way to the vege garden with hilltop rural views and beds of echiums, walpole waxes and weeping mulberry.
