A large productive and charming garden
Open Main Festival – Thursday 2 to Tuesday 7 November.
Once upon a time we created a creek and two ponds. Fruit trees, a hen house and several deciduous and evergreen trees followed. Then I found irises, roses and all sorts of shrubs and plants to fill in the gaps. Now our home is surrounded with a productive vegetable plot and enclosed orchard which feeds us and the hens and a garden full of variety that spreads over an acre and welcomes the birds. We love it!
There are places to sit and enjoy tea and coffee and sandwich or cake which will be available (for a small charge) and there will be a number of plants for sale.
